Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — kop92 reserves the right to consolidate balances, void pending bets, forfeit bonus funds, and permanently close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so. You also confirm that you are not accessing the Platform in a capacity as an agent, employee, or contractor of any gaming software provider, casino operator, or regulatory body in a manner that constitutes a conflict of interest.

Deposits and gameplay are generally available upon account creation; however, no withdrawal of funds will be processed until KYC verification is fully and successfully completed. kop92 accepts no liability for any inconvenience arising from a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit caps vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit section of your Account dashboard for current limits applicable to your chosen method. All amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours. Transfers submitted outside of banking hours may be processed the following business day. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally instant.
You may only deposit funds that are legally yours and that originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-pa rty accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
All transactions on the kop92 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If a deposit is initiated in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any associated conversion fees are the responsibility of the User.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified Account holders whose KYC documentation has been fully approved. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the kop92 Account holder. kop92 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional security verification at kop92's discretion.
kop92 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may vary depending on your bank's internal clearing schedules. kop92 does not guarantee specific delivery times once a withdrawal has been dispatched to the banking network, and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Refer to the specific promotion terms for complete wagering requirement details.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, kop92 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence, enhanced identity verification, or bank account ownership confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being declined and the funds returned to the Account balance.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kop92 are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using bonus funds (or a combination of bonus and real-money funds) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 2,000,000 in total qualifying bets).
Not all bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain game categories, at certain minimum odds, or during certain time periods may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution tables are detailed in each individual promotion's terms page.
kop92 monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, kop92 reserves the right to void any bets placed with bonus funds, forfeit the bonus balance, and permanently close the associated Account without prior notice or liability.
Bonus funds that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
kop92 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed and binding once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. In the event of technical errors during the bet placement process, kop92 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the player's Account balance.
All odds and market prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. kop92 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of displayed odds but accepts no liability for typographical errors, manifest pricing mistakes, or feed errors from third-party data providers. Bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous may be voided at kop92's discretion.
kop92 offers betting markets on domestic and international football competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League, among others. Available markets include 1X2 (match result), Over/Under goals, Asian Handicap (also known as voor bola among Indonesian bettors), Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, and accumulator (mix parlay) bets. Market availability is subject to change based on competition scheduling and regulatory requirements.
Live (in-play) betting markets are available on selected events. Odds for live markets update in real time and may be suspended temporarily during significant match events. kop92 accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets due to latency in the User's internet connection or device.
All casino games offered on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Lottery game results, including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets such as Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, and Togel Sydney, are determined by the respective official draw pools and are published transparently on the Platform. kop92 does not influence or manipulate lottery results.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kop92 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

All content on the kop92 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of kop92 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The kop92 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of kop92.
kop92 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised personnel. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and competent authorities where required by law.

kop92 makes reasonable commercial efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. kop92 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance is given where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kop92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if kop92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where kop92 is found to be directly liable to you for any claim arising under these Terms, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. kop92 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred through lawful betting activity conducted on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
kop92 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance in accordance with Clause 6.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kop92 holds its international operating licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and kop92, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication. Our support team aims to provide an initial response to formal complaints within 48 hours and a final resolution within 14 calendar days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter by submitting a written formal complaint to our registered compliance address. kop92 will conduct a thorough review and provide a written determination within 28 calendar days of receiving the formal complaint. Pending resolution of any dispute, kop92 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account and place the disputed funds on hold.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against kop92.
